In this role, you will delight customers by greeting them warmly, efficiently prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks to our high standards, and share the story of our menu while being aware of allergen procedures. You will maintain cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar and surrounding areas in line with company and COSHH standards, follow all health and food safety guidelines, monitor stock levels, operate till systems, provide exceptional customer service, and assist the team with other tasks as needed.

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, especially in the food service industry, is often a plus but not essential.
