As a Chef De Partie, you will assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in kitchen operations, ensuring the company’s reputation for food quality is maintained at all times. You will assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items for Retail and Hospitality as directed by the Head Chef. You will contribute to menu development and planning, including future food trends, and be passionate about developing new styles of service and concepts. You will support the Manager with stock taking and assist with evening events and overtime when required. You will be responsible for the smooth and efficient running of your section.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
