We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to join our kitchen at Goldsmiths, working with fresh, seasonal ingredients and supporting the Head Chef in delivering creative, high-quality food.
This is a hands-on role for a confident Sous Chef who enjoys leading from the front and is comfortable stepping up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence. You will have the freedom to contribute ideas, refine dishes, and help shape menus in a food-led environment.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Strong kitchen leadership and organisational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
