In this role, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and organisation, and ensure equipment is in good working order. Collaboration with the head chef on menu development and quality control is key, as is effective communication and support within the team.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Qualifications
