As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will oversee the production of dishes assigned to your station, maintain your area with supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies. Maintaining high quality standards for presentation and taste is essential. You will collaborate with the head chef on menu development, providing suggestions for new recipes and improvements. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and ensure equipment is in good working order. Effective communication and teamwork with colleagues are key to success in this role.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
