About the Role
We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie to join our exceptional Retail Culinary team. You will work within a leading global investment bank in Central London, delivering outstanding hospitality and culinary experiences. This role requires someone who takes pride in their work, is collaborative, and strives to exceed expectations at every opportunity. As part of our team, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head and sous chefs, ensuring food safety at all times. You will manage your station, maintain high quality and presentation standards, and collaborate on menu development. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your kitchen area and equipment is essential. Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie for at least 3 years. Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Passionate about hospitality and food, collaborative, and takes pride in delivering high standards. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices is essential.
