About the Role
At M Group, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives. We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation. This role will be within our Metering team, where you’ll join the leading provider of metering services and data collection in the UK energy retail sector. Our meter engineers install, maintain and manage meters to ensure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored. This is a home-based role with frequent travel required. We're looking for a Bid Manager to join AgilityEco’s Energy Division, where you’ll drive business growth by leading tendering activities and developing a robust bid library. Collaborating closely with operational teams, you’ll craft compelling, high-quality submissions that showcase our market-leading services. Experience
A minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience.

About you
Bid writing experience / tender or proposal writing, preferably with APMP Foundation or Practitioner level certification. Excellent communication skills, able to engage with all levels of an organisation and influence key stakeholders. An ability to interrogate tender documents and extract critical detail from colleagues to enhance bid submissions. Understanding of the retrofit industry and the processes involved in the installation of insulation, heating and renewables into domestic properties.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in bid management or related fields are advantageous.
