About the Role

As Branch Manager for Kids Footwear at Harrods, you will lead by example to ensure exceptional service standards are consistently met through team motivation, training and development. You will be responsible for achieving store and company sales targets by setting clear goals and monitoring team performance. Your role includes mentoring your team, managing operational objectives, maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, and fostering strong relationships with senior stakeholders and the area manager. You will recruit and onboard talent in partnership with the HR team, communicate store activities with regional management, and maintain a high-performance team through regular one-to-one meetings. Additionally, you will build excellent customer relationships to encourage repeat business, manage staff rotas and payroll budgets, monitor stock deliveries, coordinate stock takes, and work with the head office merchandising team to ensure restock accuracy. You will plan and execute impactful store promotions to boost sales, protect the Kurt Geiger brand by ensuring personal presentation standards, and maintain excellent visual presentation consistent with company guidelines. Staying up to date with fashion trends and acting as an ambassador for your team and store are key to success in this role.
Experience
Previous retail management experience is essential. Proven ability to set team targets and drive sales results. Strong understanding of fashion trends and brands.
