About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analysis Team Lead to join the Digital, Information and Technology shared service, supporting the City of London Corporation, City of London Police, and London Councils. This role will work closely with the Head of Project Delivery to define and deliver a diverse portfolio of digital and technology projects, including software and infrastructure initiatives.

You will lead and develop the business analysis function within the PMO, championing best practice approaches to enhance quality, consistency, and delivery standards. As a senior business analyst, you will contribute to key corporate programmes and digital transformation projects, while providing line management and leadership to the business analysis team.

The role requires building strong relationships across the Digital, Information and Technology Service and with external stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of user requirements, end-to-end process improvements, and benefits realisation. You will also focus on continuously improving the business analysis approach as part of the overall project delivery framework, working closely with senior leadership to mature the function.

This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid workplace category, reflecting a flexible approach to workplace attendance based on role requirements.

Experience
Experience in business analysis with exposure to technology-based projects of varying scale and complexity. Previous leadership or team management experience is desirable.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or certifications in business analysis or project management are advantageous but not explicitly required. A commitment to continuous professional development and best practice methodologies is expected.
