About the Role
This is an exciting role within a fast-growing, high impact team at Nest Insight, a leading voice on financial security issues facing low and moderate income households. As the team has grown significantly, we are evolving our ways of working and operating model to maintain our supportive culture while increasing efficiency and impact.

As a Fixed Term Contract Business Change Lead, you will work directly with the Managing Director and Leadership team to support the transition and development of the team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assessing whether the team has the right capabilities and development plans to meet current and future goals
- Clarifying accountabilities and ensuring they align with team and individual objectives
- Organising the team structure, resourcing, and leadership forums to maximise efficiency and impact
- Enhancing communication and collaboration across an expanding team of core and temporary members
- Ensuring the team has the necessary knowledge, understanding, and engagement without slowing delivery
- Developing initiatives to support a thriving culture and high performance
- Identifying systems and tools to improve team operations

Experience
- Demonstrable experience delivering people change projects, target operating model projects, or other strategic change initiatives
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all organisational levels
- Experience working flexibly and proactively to identify and implement change initiatives
