About the Role
Are you experienced in occupational pensions or another regulated environment and looking to make a real difference? As a Regulatory Risk Analyst within our Regulatory Risk Team, you will support the Regulatory Risk Managers by analysing and advising on regulatory change, managing internal queries, and ensuring accurate and timely data submission to regulators. This role offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to develop advisory, relationship management skills, and expertise across multiple regulatory fields.
Reporting to the Head of Regulatory Risk, you will work closely with operational, proposition development, market engagement teams, and outsourced suppliers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk appetites. You will also engage openly with regulators and support second line assurance teams to provide effective challenge and oversight.
Our Risk Directorate provides advice, challenge, and support on risk across the organisation, with the Regulatory Risk team focusing on occupational pension schemes, authorised master trusts, pensions tax, and FCA regulatory interactions. Experience
- Experience working in occupational pensions or another regulated environment is essential.
- Ability to collate, review, and submit information, reports, or returns in line with regulatory requirements.
- Experience maintaining records of interactions with regulators.
- Ability to produce briefing documents for internal stakeholders.
- Ability to identify training needs arising from regulatory or legislative changes and assist in developing and delivering training materials.
