We’re looking for a Business Solutions Consultant to join our ever-evolving AMP (Authorisation Management Performance) team within Payment Performance and help shape the future of global commerce. As a future Globalpayer, you will help shape how we create smarter, faster and more effective payment experiences.

You will play a key role in improving how payments perform at scale, using data and insight to drive higher authorization acceptance and smarter payment outcomes. Working across merchants, platforms, issuers and networks, you will turn complex data into clear actions that unlock value and protect revenue.

Key responsibilities include:
- Driving measurable performance improvements by translating data insights into actionable strategies that increase authorization rates and revenue outcomes
- Leading data-driven storytelling, turning complex analysis into clear recommendations that influence both technical and commercial stakeholders
- Creating scalable optimization strategies across authentication, authorization and payment routing to improve long-term client performance
- Owning the identification and resolution of recurring performance issues, ensuring sustainable improvements across platforms and configurations
- Shaping solution design by aligning merchant, platform and network strategies to maximize payment success rates
- Managing and prioritizing a pipeline of optimization opportunities, ensuring delivery of high-impact initiatives that drive business value
- Strengthening cross-functional collaboration by aligning product, technology, operations and commercial teams around shared performance goals
- Identifying trends across issuers, networks and merchant setups to unlock new opportunities for growth, efficiency and cost reduction

Experience
Experience in payments, payment optimization or a related role, with a strong understanding of authorization flows and payment ecosystems. Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake or SQL to generate insights.

Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes. Strong communication skills, confident engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Commercial mindset with the ability to connect performance insights to revenue and client impact. Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills, with experience managing multiple initiatives and delivering outcomes. Curiosity and drive to continuously learn and improve within a fast-evolving payment landscape.

Qualifications
It’s a bonus if you have experience with authorization optimization, investigation or payment performance improvement strategies. Familiarity with Worldpay platforms or merchant configurations across different payment environments. Strong internal network across product, commercial or operational teams, with the ability to drive cross-business collaboration.
