About the Role
Meta is seeking a Technical Logistics Specialist to design and deploy scalable and efficient tools supporting logistics, spares planning, asset management, warehouse fulfillment, and storage & distribution operations. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and boundary organizations to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement tools and processes that support Meta Data Center operations. Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, deploying, and maintaining tools and software solutions to automate internal processes; working with software engineers to understand data structures and systematic processes; liaising with teams to ensure best practices and tooling consistency; partnering with business and engineering teams to manage asset, inventory, and logistical systems; leading sessions to identify process inefficiencies, gather requirements, manage deliverables, testing, training, and issue resolution.

Experience
- 5+ years building scalable tools for logistics and inventory management
- Experience with technical debugging
- Proficiency with SQL and database systems
- Experience with programming languages such as PHP, C++, Javascript, Python
- Experience building and maintaining applications using React
- Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
- Experience with ORMs
- Experience implementing Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, or other logistical systems
- Data Center logistics experience
- Experience using Oracle, SAP, or other ERP platforms for supply chain management
- System Architecture Design experience
- Familiarity with web services and API ecosystems
- Experience in distribution center/hub solution implementation, warehouse fulfillment, lot tracking, or FIFO

- Ability to explain technical issues to both technical and business partners
- Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development including prompt/context engineering and agent orchestration
- Commitment to responsible, ethical AI practices including risk assessment, bias mitigation, and quality reviews
- Must obtain and maintain work authorization in the country of employment

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline preferred
