About the Role
We are looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated Residential Care Workers to join our team at Clifton Gardens Care Home. You will support older adults, including those living with dementia, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Working as part of a supportive team, you will ensure residents receive the care, dignity, and respect they deserve, promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life.
Your responsibilities will include providing personal care and support in line with individual care plans, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and mobility, and building positive relationships to support residents' emotional wellbeing. You will encourage participation in social and meaningful activities, monitor wellbeing, maintain accurate care records, and work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals. Safeguarding procedures and maintaining a safe environment are essential aspects of this role.
Clifton Gardens is a 42-bed residential care home committed to providing a warm, respectful, and person-centred environment for older people, many living with dementia.
Experience
- Experience providing care and support within residential, nursing, or community care settings.
- Experience supporting older adults, including individuals living with dementia.

Qualifications
- Care Certificate in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it).
- Basic IT skills, including experience using digital care systems or Microsoft applications such as Outlook.
- Enhanced DBS clearance is essential for this role.
