About the Role
Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a CDD Advisory Analyst to join our ever-evolving Enterprise Customer Due Diligence team in Leicester and help shape the future of global commerce. You will provide expert CDD advisory and risk insight by researching emerging risks, regulations, and industry best practices to deliver clear, pragmatic guidance and ensure consistent policy application. You will assess and translate regulatory impact by evaluating new regulations, policy changes, and risk appetite shifts, turning them into actionable operational requirements and client-level impacts such as re-risking and enhanced due diligence (EDD). Strengthening controls and resolving issues will be key, including monitoring the effectiveness of financial crime processes, identifying control gaps, and supporting audit findings, remediation, and risk mitigation efforts. You will drive innovation and AI enablement by identifying process improvements and supporting adoption of AI-driven solutions like monitoring, screening, and risk scoring, while managing governance risks such as bias and explainability. Leading stakeholder engagement is essential, collaborating cross-functionally to align advisory and delivery teams and communicating risks, impacts, and strategies clearly to senior stakeholders. Finally, you will champion continuous improvement by building financial crime expertise, sharing best practices, and fostering a high-performing, collaborative, and client-focused culture.
