About the Role
Join London and Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) as a Change Manager and play a pivotal role in transforming how we maintain homes and deliver services for thousands of residents. Over the next three years, L&Q is redesigning its operating model, improving team collaboration, and introducing new technology and data-driven insights. As Change Manager, you will lead the people side of this transformation, ensuring colleagues are engaged, ready, and confident to work in new ways. This role is key to helping L&Q deliver lasting impact for both colleagues and residents, driven by our social purpose to provide homes and create communities people can be proud of.

You will lead change for one or more projects from initial impact assessment through to full adoption and embedding. Partnering with project and business leaders, you will ensure change plans are practical, have buy-in, and align with the wider portfolio. You will work closely with Organisational Development, Learning & Development, and Communications teams to design and deliver coordinated engagement, learning, and communications plans. Coaching and equipping leaders to confidently own and lead change within their areas will be a key part of your role. You will build readiness, engagement, and feedback loops to measure and sustain change adoption, while contributing to growing change capability across L&Q to strengthen transformation delivery at scale.

Benefits include an excellent pension plan (up to 6% double contribution), 28 days annual leave rising to 31 days with length of service plus bank holidays, Westfield Health Cash Plan, non-contributory life assurance, up to 21 hours paid volunteering days, lifestyle benefits, Employee Assistance Programme, and more.

Early applications are encouraged as the advertisement may close and interviews may be held earlier than stated. In-person interviews will be conducted for at least one stage of the process.
