As a Chef De Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain high quality and presentation standards, and collaborate with the team to develop new menu ideas. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your kitchen area and equipment is essential.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar culinary role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
