As a Chef de Partie, you will join a dynamic team delivering high-quality breakfast and lunch for up to 70 people daily, alongside supporting premium hospitality and events. You will work with top-quality, seasonal produce in a creative, fast-paced kitchen that prides itself on excellence and attention to detail.

This is a client-facing role requiring confidence, professionalism, and a genuine passion for great food and hospitality. You will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, manage your station ensuring cleanliness and supply levels, maintain high-quality presentation and taste, collaborate with the team and head chef on menu development, and uphold food safety and kitchen organisation at all times.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications
