As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety at all times. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain supplies and cleanliness, and uphold high quality standards in presentation and taste. Collaboration with the team is essential, supporting colleagues and communicating effectively. You will also assist in menu development by working with the head chef to create and improve recipes. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of your kitchen area and equipment is a key responsibility.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
