As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain high quality and presentation standards, and keep your area clean and well stocked. Collaboration with the team and contribution to menu development by providing suggestions for new recipes and improvements will be key aspects of your role.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
