As a Chef de Partie, you will join a fast-paced, creative kitchen delivering high-quality breakfast and lunch for up to 70 people daily, alongside supporting premium hospitality and events. You will work with top-quality, seasonal produce in an environment that prides itself on excellence and attention to detail.
This client-facing role requires confidence, professionalism, and a genuine passion for great food and hospitality. You will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards, manage your station, maintain quality control, collaborate with the team, assist in menu development, and ensure cleanliness and organisation of your area and equipment.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
