As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are always met. You will manage your station, oversee the production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and ensure high-quality presentation and taste. Collaboration with the team and support for colleagues is essential, as is working with the head chef on menu development and recipe innovation. You will also maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and ensure equipment is in good working order.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Qualifications
