Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, train and supervise the retail team including servers, chefs, and support personnel
- Set clear expectations and provide ongoing feedback to maintain high performance
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards to meet or exceed customer expectations
- Address and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
- Coordinate delivery, setup, and breakdown of catering equipment and supplies
- Oversee event flow including food service, beverage distribution, and guest interactions
- Manage inventory and order supplies to maintain adequate stock levels
- Foster positive relationships with clients and guests, handling inquiries and special dietary requirements professionally
- Solicit feedback from clients to continuously improve catering services

Experience
