As a Chef de Partie, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will oversee the production of all dishes assigned to your station, maintain your designated area with supplies, and ensure cleanliness in line with policies and procedures. Maintaining high quality standards for all dishes, including presentation and taste, is essential.
You will collaborate with the head chef on menu development, including tasting new recipes and providing suggestions for improvement or innovation. Additionally, you will maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and ensure all equipment is in good working order. Effective communication and teamwork with all colleagues are key to success in this role.

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
