As a Chef de Partie / Pizza Chef, you will prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head or sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee dish production, maintain cleanliness and organisation, and collaborate with the team to develop new recipes. Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
