Key responsibilities include preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head chef while ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times. You will manage your station, oversee production of all dishes assigned to you, maintain cleanliness and supplies, and uphold quality control with attention to presentation and taste. Collaboration with team members and coaching junior chefs to support their development is essential. You will also contribute to menu development by working with the head chef to create and improve recipes. Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and ensuring equipment is in good working order are also part of the role.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Qualifications
