About the Role
Join the London Borough of Lewisham and make a difference to our vibrant and culturally diverse communities. As a Child Licensing and Children Missing Education (CME) Officer within the Attendance Team of the Access, Inclusion and Participation Service, you will play a vital role in safeguarding children and ensuring their access to education across Lewisham.

Additionally, you will take a lead role in delivering the local authority’s statutory duties relating to Children Missing Education (CME) and Children Missing Out on Education (CMOE). This includes managing complex caseloads, analysing data, conducting enquiries, and working collaboratively to ensure every child receives their full educational entitlement.
