Can you use your estates and asset management expertise to improve learning environments across Southwark? If yes, we have the perfect role for you! Our Children’s Services Transformation & Operations team is looking for a dedicated Children’s Services Estates & Asset Management Officer to join us and help deliver safe, sustainable and inspiring environments for our children and young people.

As the lead internal commissioner for estates and asset management within Children’s Services, you’ll:
- Oversee and commission asset management, compliance and capital works projects.

- Manage the Children’s Services Capital & Asset Management Board.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and statutory requirements across the children’s services estate.
- Report on capital programmes and allocations, ensuring effective use of resources to support sustainable education provision.
