CIF Administrator
Location
Remote role with an expectation to travel to Westminster, Camden, Lambeth, and the Royal Boroughs of Kensington & Chelsea.

£33,300 - £37,000 pro rata per annum
About the Role
Are you a highly organised and proactive administrator with a passion for community impact? We are seeking a CIF Administrator to support the delivery and management of our Community Investment Fund, which empowers local initiatives that enhance employment opportunities, skills development, and community resilience. As the operational backbone of the fund, you will ensure smooth administration, accurate record-keeping, and effective communication with internal teams and external partners.
You will coordinate the end-to-end administration of the Community Investment Fund, including application tracking, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting timely reporting. Your role will involve liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with programme objectives, assisting in the preparation of reports and communications, monitoring compliance with funding criteria, and proactively flagging any issues or risks. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative systems and processes to enhance overall efficiency and impact.
This role requires a detail-oriented and motivated individual with proven administrative experience, ideally within community development, funding, or employability programmes. Excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently are essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, confidence in using digital tools and project management platforms, a collaborative mindset, and a genuine commitment to creating positive social impact are key to succeeding in this role.

Experience
- Proven experience in administrative roles, ideally within community development, funding, or employability programmes.
- Experience supporting grant or fund administration.
- Familiarity with impact measurement or social value reporting.
- Understanding of employability challenges and community engagement.
- Experience working in a target-driven environment.
- Experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards.
- Fully IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products, Microsoft Teams, CRM systems, and modern digital technologies.

Qualifications

- Experience working with people in advice and guidance environments is a plus.
