About the Role
ABM is seeking an experienced Cleaning Operative to join our team at a client site in London. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness across office areas, washrooms, kitchens, changing rooms, and the gymnasium. Daily and weekly cleaning tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces and high touch points, window and glass cleaning, and operating cleaning machinery. You will work front of house, representing ABM with professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a strong focus on health and safety. Punctuality, reliability, and own transport are essential. Face coverings and social distancing practices are observed across the premises to ensure a safe working environment.

Experience
Minimum 2 years cleaning experience with a strong eye for detail and high standards of work.

- Able to work independently and manage workload without supervision.
- Good communication skills and polite manner as you will be working front of house.
- Excellent timekeeping and attendance.
- Demonstrates initiative and responsibility in the absence of supervision.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations, building codes, and compliance policies.
- Committed to maintaining a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
- Available for the full duration of the designated shift.
- Own transport is essential.
