Key Responsibilities
Greet clients and guests warmly upon arrival, providing assistance as needed
Anticipate client and guest needs, proactively addressing requests or concerns to enhance their experience
Handle inquiries, feedback, and special requests professionally and attentively, ensuring satisfactory resolution
Represent the company with professionalism and integrity, embodying our commitment to hospitality excellence
Set up and arrange event spaces according to client specifications, ensuring impeccable presentation of tables, chairs, linens, and tableware
Serve food and beverages efficiently during meetings, conferences, and corporate events, adhering to service standards
Monitor and replenish food and beverage supplies throughout events to ensure seamless guest experience
Collaborate with kitchen and catering staff to maintain timely delivery and smooth service flow
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including post-event breakdown and cleaning
Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure health and safety of clients, guests, and staff

Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in fast-paced corporate environments, fine dining, or hotel settings
Some knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
