We foster a positive, supportive, fair, and inclusive culture that celebrates diversity and challenges bias. Re:link is Linklaters’ flexible lawyer platform, providing clients and practice groups with swift access to a community of high-quality consultants to meet flexible resourcing needs. It forms a key part of Limitless, Linklaters’ Alternative Legal Services offering, which includes paralegals, support lawyers, legal project managers, and LegalTech professionals.
Re:link has built a market-leading reputation over 7 years for outstanding client service and a dynamic, friendly team culture. This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing, problem-solving team combining the agility of a start-up with the professionalism of a leading global law firm.
The Client Manager is the senior member of the Corporate, Contentious & Projects (CCP) Client Desk, which focuses on practice areas including Corporate, Technology & Media, Litigation & Arbitration, Investment Funds, Real Estate, Employment & Incentives, and Energy & Infrastructure. You will manage the Client Desk, responsible for all sales opportunities, including setting and achieving sales targets, managing the end-to-end sales process, negotiating with clients, matching consultants to roles, determining pricing, and securing commitments.
Key responsibilities include cross-selling Limitless capabilities, managing placement relationships, collaborating with Finance and Operations teams, supporting business development, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and line managing Client Advisor(s). The role reports to the Head of Re:link and works closely with other desks within the global team.
This role suits an energetic, proactive, and driven individual who takes full ownership of opportunities, understands client needs deeply, and places consultants who are exceptionally well-matched. The Client Manager should be confident, articulate, and able to build rapport with senior clients and consultants alike, bringing structure, discipline, and focus to their work.
