Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef, ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all times
- Oversee production of food items assigned to your station and maintain your area with supplies and cleanliness in line with policies
- Maintain high quality standards for all food handled, ensuring presentation and taste are considered
- Communicate effectively with team members and support colleagues as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and ensure equipment is in good working order

Experience
Proven experience working as a Commis Chef or a demonstrated passion for food.
About you
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Works according to BaxterStorey core values.
Qualifications
Knowledge of some cooking techniques and cuisines. Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
