About the Role
At Moody's, we unite the brightest minds to turn today’s risks into tomorrow’s opportunities by fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be themselves—with the freedom to exchange ideas, think innovatively, and listen meaningfully to each other and our customers. As a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, Moody’s is advancing AI to move from insight to action—enabling intelligence that understands complexity and responds to it. We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.

As a Communications Strategist, you will execute employee communications across onboarding, recognition, career milestones, and culture, making Moody's employee experience clear, credible, and human. You will support communications programs throughout the employee lifecycle, draft accessible communications translating People team policies and program updates, and assist leadership with narrative and messaging materials. You will also produce content and support channel planning for culture and engagement initiatives, assist with communications approaches for sensitive workforce topics, and track engagement data to refine programs.

Joining our People & Lifecycle Communications team, part of Moody's Corporation Reputation, you will contribute to shaping the employee experience from the moment employees join through their career milestones. You will collaborate with colleagues across Executive Visibility, Brand, and Regional Communications teams to keep internal and external narratives aligned. This role offers the opportunity to explore how AI tools can improve communication processes and drive efficiency.

Moody’s is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. We encourage candidates who model our values: invest in every relationship, lead with curiosity, champion diverse perspectives, turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity. If you are excited about this opportunity but do not meet every single requirement, please apply—you may still be a great fit for this role or other open roles.
