As a global leader in ratings and integrated risk assessment, Moody’s is transforming how the world sees risk by advancing AI to move from insight to action—enabling intelligence that not only understands complexity but responds to it. We decode risk to unlock opportunity, helping our clients navigate uncertainty with clarity, speed, and confidence.

This Director role plays a critical leadership position within the GenAI product function, managing a group of 2–3 Product Managers and providing hands-on guidance across their squads. Partnering closely with the Director of GenAI Products, you will contribute to and execute the GenAI product roadmap.

You will engage with strategy, business partners, and clients to validate priorities and surface new product opportunities, serve as the primary escalation point for Product Managers by resolving blockers and managing cross-squad dependencies, and establish a consistent operating rhythm across squads including planning, prioritization, and retrospectives. Defining, tracking, and using product KPIs to guide prioritization and continuous improvement will be key, as will driving cross-functional collaboration across technology, design, operations, and strategy teams.
