About the Role
The Contact Centre Advisor will be the first point of contact with participants. You will work closely with Job Centre Plus (JCP) Work Coaches to promote the value of the Restart Programme, engage participants, and collect relevant information to help Employment Advisors personalise initial face-to-face meetings and encourage appointment attendance. Your key responsibilities will include effectively engaging participants through personalised promotion of the programme, building and maintaining strong working relationships with JCP contacts, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of participant information, collaborating with Employment Advisors, and meeting or exceeding set targets, KPIs, and customer service standards.

Experience
Proven ability to network effectively and build strong relationships both internally and externally.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. You should be confident in engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders and participants, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
