About the Role
As a Performance Coach, you will work closely with frontline Employment Advisors to identify and offer performance improvement support through one-to-one and group coaching and mentoring interventions. Your role is to assist frontline staff in achieving set performance targets by working collaboratively with Business Managers and Team Leaders to promote development within key areas and contract standards.
Key responsibilities include liaising with the Management Team to understand concerns and plan performance improvement needs, acting as a mentor to support best practice interventions, conducting performance observations to establish coaching interventions, and coaching, motivating, and assisting frontline staff in a safe, compliant, and ethical manner. You will also re-evaluate and consolidate coaching techniques to ensure effective and positive outcomes while maintaining active communication with all internal stakeholders to ensure required outcomes are met.

Experience
Proven experience delivering coaching and mentoring sessions across varied formats including individual, small and large groups, face-to-face, telephone, and remote settings. Demonstrated success in a highly targeted role with excellent achievements.
About you
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage and pitch at the appropriate level. Strong presentation skills in both small and large group settings.
