Description
Are you a creative and results-driven content marketer with a passion for SEO?
Peabody is looking for a dynamic Content Marketing & SEO Specialist to join our established marketing team and help us grow our digital presence. In this role, you’ll implement innovative content marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, drive organic traffic, and increase engagement across Peabody New Homes’ digital platforms.
You’ll create high-quality, original content – from blog posts to video – that resonates with our audience and is optimized for search engines. Working with tools like SEMRush, GA4, and Google Search Console, you’ll monitor performance, analyse trends, and identify opportunities to improve search rankings and website conversions.
You’ll take ownership of Peabody New Homes’ SEO strategy, designing and optimizing compelling landing pages, updating existing content to keep it fresh and relevant, and developing creative guest content that builds brand awareness and secures valuable backlinks.
As a Content Marketing & SEO Specialist, no two days are the same. One day you might be diving into keyword research to identify trending topics: the next, you’ll be reporting on organic website performance and making data-driven recommendations to improve results. Through it all, you’ll play a critical role in enhancing Peabody’s digital-first approach and delivering value for money across all digital activities.
Could it be you?
To be a success in this role, you’re:
Educated to degree level or hold a Marketing/Digital qualification or equivalent experience; additional SEO qualifications are beneficial.
Experienced in implementing and reporting on content marketing & SEO strategies.
Solid understanding of Technical SEO (Page speed, robots.txt, sitemap.xml).
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and Javascript is desirable.
Experienced in using GA4, Google Search Console and other digital measurement tools to analyse and optimise channel performance.
Experienced in the new homes property sector.
At Peabody, we’re all about making a difference to our community and helping people flourish.
Here’s what you’ll get when you join us:

30 days' annual leave, plus bank holidays
Up to 10% pension contribution, matched 1:1
Two additional paid volunteering days each year
Flexible benefits scheme, including options for healthcare, dental care, and more
