About the Role
Pinnacle Group is seeking a highly organised Conveyancing & Administration Assistant to support the Legal and Conveyancing Manager with a broad range of conveyancing and administrative activities. In this varied role, you will manage correspondence, maintain accurate records, and support key leasehold and conveyancing processes. You will ensure enquiries, documentation, and compliance tasks are handled efficiently while providing wider project and administrative support as required in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Our Residential Management Services team oversees large, complex residential developments across the UK, delivering expert leasehold and block management on behalf of institutional investors, developers, and residents’ management companies.

The role involves letter writing, email responses, mail-merging, minute taking, franking, issuing LPE1 packs, sales and mortgage enquiries, Notice of Assignment/Charge, Deed of Covenant, and other conveyancing tasks. You will monitor and issue breach of lease letters, instruct third-party solicitors as necessary, support process documentation and projects, set up new managers on the TouchRight app, register new buildings insurance claims, obtain quotes and seek insurance approvals, liaise with utility brokers, respond to escalated resident complaints, assist with estate events, support Operations Managers with ARMA audits, and manage filing of confirmation statements, company accounts, and director registrations/resignations.

Requirements

Experience
Previous administrative experience within a solicitors’ firm, estate agency, or property/block management environment is essential. Familiarity with legal or conveyancing documentation, figures, and property terminology is required.

About you
Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and ad-hoc tasks effectively. Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A professional and customer-focused approach is essential.
