About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a Property Manager to join the Pinnacle Partnerships Housing Team within the Homes division. In this pivotal, customer-facing role, you will deliver a high-quality, customer-focused housing management service across approximately 500+ affordable housing properties for multiple clients in Kent. This hands-on position requires excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a proactive approach. You will act as an ambassador for Pinnacle Group and our clients, taking full ownership of your sites, building strong relationships with residents and stakeholders, and ensuring all properties are well maintained, compliant, and consistently meet required standards.
The Homes Division delivers trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented, and Leasehold properties, working with local authorities, registered providers, and investors to support thriving communities.
Key responsibilities include promoting and delivering ESG initiatives, managing tenancy journeys, overseeing site service charge budgets and reporting, supporting operational targets, carrying out building management duties including repairs and compliance, ensuring health and safety obligations are met, coordinating day-to-day building operations, conducting inspections and contractor supervision, progressing contract mobilisations, managing tenancy administration including move-ins and move-outs, conducting property viewings, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and residents to ensure excellent customer service.
Experience
- Proven experience in front-line housing management delivering high-quality customer service.
- Strong understanding of affordable rent unit management, residential lettings, and up-to-date knowledge of housing legislation and best practice.
- Experience managing lettings, voids, estate inspections, and repair reporting.
- Ability to work independently and proactively under own initiative.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Professional, customer-focused, and able to act as an ambassador for the company.
- Ideally a driver with own transport and based locally or within surrounding areas (not essential).
Qualifications
- Possesses or willing to undertake CIH, ARLA qualification, or similar relevant housing management qualifications.
