About the Role
Pinnacle Group are seeking a Property Client Accounting Assistant to join the Homes Accounts Costs team within the Homes division. You will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely bank reconciliations using MRI Qube, supporting wider financial processing activities including tenant setup, charge raising, and month-end reporting. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams, suppliers, and tenants to maintain high standards of financial control and client service.
The Homes Division provides trusted housing management services across Affordable, Private Rented, and Leasehold properties, working with local authorities, registered providers, and investors to support thriving communities.
The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience completing bank reconciliations and a strong working knowledge of MRI Qube. You will manage reconciliations accurately and independently as a primary job function, be adaptable and detail-oriented, and confident in setting up tenants, processing tenant adjustments, and raising periodic charges in line with tenancy agreements. Strong Excel skills are essential, along with a flexible approach to supporting additional and ad hoc duties and contributing to the wider Finance team.

Experience
- Extensive hands-on experience completing bank reconciliations, managing them accurately as a core responsibility.
- Strong working knowledge of MRI Qube, essential for this role.
- Proven experience setting up tenants, processing tenant adjustments, and raising periodic charges.
- Strong Excel skills, confident in handling financial data and supporting reconciliation activities.
