About the Role
THE·TEAM’s music department represents prominent music artists across all genres for live performance, touring, brand partnerships, and beyond. We focus on long-term career development, helping artists expand their reach and deepen their impact globally. THE·TEAM provides representation and marketing services to talent, brands, and properties across 28 countries and more than 70 cities worldwide. Shaped by our belief in the unifying power of sports, music, and entertainment, THE·TEAM leads with intelligence, ideas, and influence.
As Coordinator, Music, you will maintain accurate artist contact records and deal memos in the bespoke CRM booking system, keep client bios, riders, and marketing assets current and organised, and enter offers and show details promptly. You will issue contracts for confirmed performances, manage amendments, monitor unreturned or unsigned contracts, and prepare and distribute detailed artist itineraries.
Additional responsibilities include generating and sending invoices for deposits, balances, and other show-related payments, recording settlement figures in the CRM, coordinating with accounting to issue statements, tracking outstanding deposits, and liaising with finance to ensure timely payments. You will prepare immigration documentation including Certificates of Sponsorship, coordinate tour announcements and on-sales, and work closely with promoters and client teams on ticketing and artwork.
You will schedule and confirm meetings, manage calendars for agents, maintain internal artist calendars, oversee guest list management for shows and festivals, and support the team with additional tasks as needed. You will develop A&R skills by scouting talent and sharing artist recommendations with agents, lead the planning and execution of performance opportunities for assigned clients under agent guidance, and contribute to client tours across various agent desks within THE·TEAM's music division.
Other duties include managing inbound phone calls on behalf of agents, booking agent business travel, submitting agent expense reports, offering creative input on artist development and strategic planning, and building and maintaining strong relationships with artists, managers, promoters, talent buyers, and label staff. You will engage in regular discussions with Responsible Agent(s) about goals, growth, and career development, foster positive collaboration across departments and team members, and champion a team-oriented, inclusive culture aligned with THE·TEAM's values.
