This role involves supporting the leadership and delivery of premium hospitality within a Business Class Lounge at Heathrow Airport, representing British Airways. The lounge offers a first-class experience through exceptional food, beverages, and service.
You will work alongside the Lounge General Manager to create an inspiring workplace culture and consistently exceed expectations. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting your team to deliver exceptional standards, building positive relationships with clients and stakeholders, developing your team through mentoring and training, fostering a culture of excellence focused on caring service and innovation, and achieving critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance targets.
Experience
Previous experience commensurate with the role, ideally in high-end hospitality and people leadership.
