About the Role
Are you interested in data, analysis and using insight to help improve services for children and families? Merton Council is looking for a Data, Performance and Insight Apprentice to join our Children, Lifelong Learning and Families Department. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your analytical and technical skills while gaining a nationally recognised Level 4 apprenticeship qualification. You'll work alongside experienced analysts, supporting the collection, analysis and reporting of performance data that helps shape services and improve outcomes for residents. In this role, you'll support the production of reports, dashboards and management information, analyse data and identify trends to support service improvement, learn to use tools such as Excel and Power BI, help ensure data quality and support statutory reporting requirements, and develop skills in performance management, business intelligence and data analysis. At Merton Council, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, helping to make a real difference to the lives of children, young people and families across the borough. Experience
