Experience
- Proven experience delivering machine learning or AI solutions in large-scale enterprise environments
- Strong skills in statistical modelling, predictive analytics and experimentation
- Experience working with structured and unstructured data at scale
- Ability to translate business problems into measurable analytical outcomes
- Experience deploying models into production environments

Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Python and data science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques including classification, regression, clustering and anomaly detection
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, RAG architectures or agent-based AI solutions
- SQL and large-scale data analysis expertise
- Familiarity with cloud-based data science platforms and MLOps practices
- Data visualisation and storytelling tools

Desirable Skills
- Experience in financial services, regulated environments or market infrastructure
- Familiarity with Azure AI services and Microsoft AI ecosystem
- Experience with observability, SRE or operational analytics use cases
- Development of AI-powered automation solutions
- Knowledge of Responsible AI and model governance frameworks
