About the Role

The Evelina London International and Private Patients (I&PP) team is excited to offer the role of Deputy Service Manager. This is a unique opportunity to join a large, dynamic private patient team within the NHS during a period of ambitious growth and development.
The post-holder will lead Evelina Children’s private patient services, managing a diverse range of services and driving operational delivery of new initiatives. Working closely with clinical teams and colleagues across Evelina Women’s services, Guy’s & St Thomas’ adult private services, and Royal Brompton & Harefield private services, this role offers outstanding opportunities for professional development and contribution to the Trust’s largest growth strategy to date.
The Deputy Service Manager will line manage a team of liaison officers responsible for all aspects of the patient treatment pathway at Evelina. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day service delivery, reporting on performance metrics, scheduling activities effectively, and ensuring outstanding customer service for patients, families, and consultants.

Experience
- Evidence of supporting successful project and/or operational performance and improvement, including development and monitoring of output and outcome measures.
- Desirable: Experience in private healthcare and/or private services within the NHS.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
