About the Role
Tripadvisor is seeking a driven and high-performing Destination Manager responsible for the health and quality of the Viator product offering across an assigned geographical territory. You will have a deep understanding of key trends, opportunities, and challenges within your destination and work to optimize the product offering to best match consumer demand in terms of product variety, pricing, and availability. As a brand ambassador, you will focus on growing your destination and Viator's positioning within it, meeting or exceeding destination-level key performance indicators and maintaining or improving the overall commercial health of your territory.

In this role, you will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on necessary product offerings, carrying out critical tasks to maintain and grow Viator’s competitive advantage. Responsibilities include curating and maintaining a best-in-class product offering, strategically acquiring new inventory to address product gaps, building and strengthening destinations to enhance product selection and brand awareness, negotiating favorable commercial terms, monitoring key metrics, ensuring consistent availability and quality of key products, and establishing Viator as a strong member of the operator community in your designated destination.

Experience
- 3-5 years in B2B account management or sales
- Experience in Online Travel Agency, operator, or travel industry is a plus
- Proven track record working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency, quality, and decision-making
- Proven ability to operate effectively with a global-first mindset
