We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Content Producer to join the Communications and Engagement department. In this role, you will support BTP’s strategic objectives by delivering innovative written and visual content to drive engagement and enhance and protect BTP’s reputation.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and delivering purposeful and informative content such as photographs, video, digital media, infographics, and animation for BTP’s digital and social media platforms. You will support the planning and implementation of multi-platform, integrated Force-wide communications campaigns and evaluate their effectiveness to inform future activity. You will horizon scan to ensure continuous improvement of BTP’s content, drive innovation, and adopt best practices to expand audience reach and engagement. Additionally, you will act as a trusted advisor to Senior Managers and the wider Force on how best to use content creation to achieve desired outcomes.
This role offers a blended working arrangement, combining home and office working to provide flexibility.
Experience
Proven experience in a similar role creating digital content for social media channels, including digital animation, graphic design, photography, and videography.
Substantial experience and proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Acrobat, and AI software to assist in content creation.
Excellent photography and photo editing skills.
Excellent video production and digital animation skills.

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
