£32,847.26 per annum, plus £4,775.00 London allowance for candidates based in London only.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Learning and Development Administrator – RSAS (Railway Safety Accreditation Scheme) to join our Learning & Development team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support within the central Learning & Development function, helping to deliver impactful learning experiences that support the organisation's future success.

Your key responsibilities will include coordinating training course bookings, schedules, resources, venues and delegate administration; providing first-line support for training-related enquiries via telephone, email and internal systems; maintaining accurate training records, learner data and compliance information; and working closely with trainers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to support the successful delivery of training programmes.

Experience
Previous administration experience in a busy customer-focused environment. Experience working within a call centre, helpdesk, customer service or administrative support role. Experience of coordinating bookings, managing records and maintaining accurate data.

About you
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team whilst managing a varied workload.

Qualifications
GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent qualification/experience.

Desirable
Experience of working in an operational or Learning & Development role within a police environment.
