We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Nursery & Preschool Room Leader to join our welcoming team in Mitcham. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of practitioners, inspire children's learning, and play a key role in shaping high-quality early years provision for local children and families.

As our Nursery & Preschool Room Leader, you will:
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver outstanding care and education.
- Plan and provide an engaging, inclusive curriculum that supports every child to thrive.
- Promote children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Build strong relationships with children, families, colleagues, and external professionals.
- Support children with SEND to access learning opportunities and achieve positive outcomes.
- Ensure safeguarding and child protection responsibilities are always met.
- Be part of the nursery management team and deputise for the Nursery Manager when required, including taking responsibility for the setting in their absence.

Experience
- Minimum of three years' post-qualification experience working in an early years setting.
- Recent experience leading or supervising a team.
- Experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Qualifications
- Holds a minimum Level 3 Early Years/Childcare qualification.
